As Thrive Counseling Center’s Community Networking Coordinator, Kaitlyn Hemphill exudes bundles of energy and excitement while completing her main responsibilities of growing Thrive’s professional network, maintaining key relations, as well as reaching additional public audiences in both our in-person and online communities. She works passionately in her efforts to establish Thrive as the “go-to” place for children’s therapy in the North Georgia area. Since joining Thrive in 2018, Kaitlyn has learned more about the field of mental health than she would like to admit! Using her background in Sales and Marketing, she has been able to create a standout experience for our existing clients, while also ensuring new families are connected to the highest standard of care for mental health services at Thrive’s office. Yep, all of those client satisfaction surveys go directly to her where she brainstorms with Thrive Leadership on creative and innovative ways to constantly improve the therapy experience at Thrive. Kaitlyn may be one of our more recognizable faces in the community, due to her constant work to promote Thrive Support Services and additional family resources the public at large. When not out and about connecting with the local community, you can often find Kaitlyn at Thrive’s front desk assisting in the day to day operations. We at Thrive are very proud to have Kaitlyn as a part of our team, as her innate passion to create positive change in our families truly makes our community a better place. Keep an eye out for her- we are sure you’ll be seeing her around….. P.S. she is often carrying goodies!
