So, you’ve read all the boring stuff and are still reading. Yay! Abigail is passionate about seeing people heal, grow, and thrive in their daily lives. She uses a focus centered approach with each client to encourage and support them in their healing journey. She has worked extensively with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma, such as, abuse and neglect. Abigail is fully trained in working with trauma via EMDR and Flash. In addition, Abigail continues to extend her trauma-based tools with further trainings including working with families and children in trauma and using Art with EMDR. Plus, Abigail’s basic Rogerian style combined with CBT and mindfulness goes a long way in the healing process of those who’ve lived through traumatic experiences.

Abigail is passionate about walking alongside those who are deeply hurting and in need of help.
