Marilyn practices from a Person-Centered (Whole Person) approach. Through this approach, Marilyn assists clients in discovering and understanding the cause of their presenting concerns, initiating the first steps to control the behavior, avoiding barriers and creating a shift in behavior that can follow the client into their future. She believes in the restoration of the whole person which values treating all clients with respect, and dignity by supporting individual beliefs, preferences, values and perspectives. In her work with clients, she places the individual/family as the expert which positions them at the center of the decision making process alongside the professional to achieve the best result.
